Terms
These terms are the agreement between Ple Consulting AB, org. no. 559262-1212, Viktoriavägen 20, 434 93 Vallda ("we") and the company that opens a Kvitta workspace ("you"). Using Kvitta means accepting them. Kvitta is sold to businesses, not to consumers.
What Kvitta does
Kvitta reads payment and settlement files, matches them against the open items in your ledger, asks you about what it cannot settle on its own, and produces a journal. That journal is a proposal. It becomes an accounting entry only when a person acts on it.
What Kvitta does not do
Kvitta is not a bookkeeper, an auditor or an adviser, and nothing it produces is accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for what you post to your own ledger. We ask you to review before posting because the review is the point, not a formality.
Plans
- Free. You upload the files and the ledger yourself and copy the journal out. Fair use is 2 000 transactions a month. No support commitment.
- Paid. Kvitta fetches your files and posts to your ledger through a connection. Priced per company as shown on the pricing section.
We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Paying, and stopping
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, with no notice period and no exit fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal; we do not refund part-months. When a paid plan ends your workspace reverts to the free plan rather than disappearing.
Your side of it
- Give accurate data and keep your credentials to yourself.
- Make sure you are allowed to put the files into Kvitta that you put into it.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, and do not resell it.
Your data
Your files, your rules and your journals stay yours. We process personal data in them only as your processor, on the terms of the data processing agreement, which forms part of this agreement. We do not use your data to train models and we do not share it between customers.
You can export your data while your account is open. If you close the account we will return or delete it on request.
What we own
The software, the design and the matching engine are ours. Rules created in your workspace are yours to read, edit and export.
Availability
We aim to keep Kvitta available and will tell you about planned work in advance. There is no uptime commitment on the free plan. Any service level for paid plans will be stated when offered.
Liability
Neither of us excludes liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under Swedish law. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from a journal you posted without reviewing it, and our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. On the free plan, where you have paid nothing, our liability is limited to SEK 10 000.
Ending it
You can stop at any time. We can end this agreement on 30 days' notice, or immediately if you breach it materially and do not fix it within 14 days of us asking. We will always give you a chance to export your data first.
Law
Swedish law applies. Disputes go to the Stockholm District Court. We would much rather settle it over email.
