Request early accessOn the free plan nothing is installed: you paste the journal into Business Central yourself. On a connected plan Kvitta writes it through one small Kvitta app, installed once by an administrator. The rules stay in Kvitta.
Questions about plans
What does a connected plan install?
One small Kvitta app in Business Central, published by us and kept current across release waves. It writes journals into the batches you choose and posts them in the ones you allow. The rules stay in Kvitta.
Will we need our Business Central partner?
For a connected plan, once, for two things. Somebody with rights in Business Central installs the Kvitta app and says who may use it, and your Microsoft administrator approves Kvitta's sign-in for your organisation. Every rule, threshold and account after that is yours to change.
We post one revenue journal a month from payout reports. Can we use it?
Probably not. Kvitta matches payouts to open items per order, so it needs sales invoices and credit memos that stay open until they are settled.
Our references are a mess. Can you untangle them for us?
Yes, as paid work from 2 000 EUR, quoted once we have looked at three days of files. Most companies start without it, because the rules come out of the files themselves.
We have several companies.
One login holds several companies, each with its own ledger and rules, drawing on one shared rule library. That is the Group plan.
